The uninstaller located in Control Panel > Programs and features allows you to completely remove Bluestacks from your computer. You should use that first, but in case you encounter errors, Revo Uninstaller is a good alternative. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
If I reinstall it, will my game progress be saved? I am playing Clash of Clans (almost the only game that always works) and got pretty far and don't want to lose that. If I reinstall Bluestacks, will I lose all of my progress in that game?

You can reinstall Bluestacks but while you're performing uninstall, make sure to answer NO when it asks if you want to delete the data. Once the uninstall is completed, clean the registry files using CCleaner and download a new copy of the Bluestacks installer. The data you preserved will be found the next time Bluestacks is installed.
One other thing that's worth mentioning, sometimes you have to push really quite hard to get RAM to seat properly in the slot. The most common RAM issue in my experience is simply because it wasn't pushed down into the slot hard enough. In most slots you should just push down on the RAM until the latch shuts and you get a bit of click.
I only can add apps with Google Plus. Is it possible to synch with my Apple ID?

No, it's not possible to sync Bluestacks with an Apple ID because the OS running inside Bluestacks is Android and Android is a competitive OS regarding iOS and Apple. It will never happen!
I do not have an Android device, but I use Bluestacks on my Window PC. Is it possible to backup contacts and call records by Sms Backup + app? I tried by syncing but its not working. It says - There was no items to backup. The rest applications like WhatsApp work fine.

SMS application will backup all the messages found. You can try using Dropbox to backup everything, including contacts and messages. On the other hand, WhatsApp contacts are synchronized with the contacts found in the Phone application. Attach a Google account, and perform the sync by checking Contacts. Next time you attach the account to another device, it will sync them and WhatsApp will identify these contacts.

If you can access the MP3 file using File Manager, then open Browser application and navigate to Google Drive, Dropbox, Zippyshare, or any other file sharing service. I recommend Dropbox because it's fast, secure, and flexible.
Install the application from the available store, create a simple account and upload your files then you can use the browser on your desktop to log-in to Dropbox website to download them.
Another solution is to use HFS on your desktop. HFS is a lightweight HTTPD service with a very simple interface. Download the EXE file, launch it and then right click in the tree menu and add a folder from disk. Right click the folder and go to Properties > Upload > Check "Anyone".
